For businesses that do not want a monthly plan, we offer an hourly or pay-as-you-go option. This may suit cases such as:
Each plan has a transaction allowance limit per month. Once you've estimated the number of transactions your business has per month, you can select the appropriate plan. If you're still unsure, you can use the plan finder.
A transaction generally means all bank account ins and outs, sales invoices and bills that need to be recorded, reviewed, matched or categorised in your accounting records.
An isolated increase will not normally require an immediate plan change. We consider your average level of activity over a few months and review plan upgrades fairly.
Your plan can grow with you. If your activity consistently exceeds the limits of your existing plan, we will explain the change and agree the appropriate plan with you before changing your monthly fee.

Yes. Historical or overdue bookkeeping is charged a one-off fee as an add-on to your monthly plan. The fee depends on the number of outstanding months and the plan that you select according to your average monthly transactions. See more information on catch-up work on the pricing page.
No. Our monthly bookkeeping plans are designed to provide flexibility without an unnecessarily lengthy commitment. There are no notice periods required from you. Monthly fees are paid in advance at the beginning of each billing period and are not refundable.
